1.Q:Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

A: ZHONGSHAN YINING BUSINESS CO. LTD is a professional manufacturer of baby products and pet products with our own R&D team and production department,and with over 10 years experience in this field.Thanks to our professional experience, we have the power to offer value-added services for you in various types,such as new models development, design support, and to be your specified agent in China,which gives solid support of your business development.

2.Q: How do you pack the products? 

A: Products will be packed by our standard carton usually, if you have special requirments, contact us for more details.

3.Q:Can I have my own customized product? 

A: Yes. Your customized requirements for color, logo, design, package, carton mark, your language manual etc. We are very welcome.

4.Q:Do you test all your goods before delivery?

A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery

5.Q:What is the lead time for samples?

A:If we are not in busy season, your order samples will be shipped to you in 10-15 days.

6.Q:What is the lead time for delivery?

A:In general we’re able to manufacture orders of a quantity of up to a few thousand items within 30-45 days since order of confirmation fixed.

7.Q:What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A:Regarding OEM service, general minimum order quantity (MOQ) of each design is 500 pieces per color.
